Where do you deliver to?

Note: For customers ordering from Turkey or Russia please make yourself aware of shipping and customs regulations, these can be found on your local customs website.

When will I receive my order?

How do I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order please email customerservices@sleekmakeup.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order once it has been submitted.

 

How long does it take for a refund to appear in my account?

This is dependent on how long your bank takes to process a refund; however we do suggest that you allow at least 7 to 10 working days for your refund to appear in your account.

 

How do I return my goods?

Can I return purchases I made in store?

Purchases made in our partner stores such as Superdrug, Boots and Sephora should be returned to that particular store, alongside your proof of purchase.

 

Do you test on animals?

We do not conduct tests on animals.

 

What do I do if I have an allergic reaction?

Please be assured that all of our products are tested to the highest standards. If you experience an allergic reaction, please seek a doctor's advice. You maybe able to identify the ingredient in question, so as to avoid products containing that ingredient in future.

Please consider alternative causes, allergic reactions can occur at any time and with any substance, even with a product used previously with no ill effects. Even the term 'hypoallergenic' simply means that a product has been researched to minimize the risk of an allergy, however, it cannot guarantee against idiosyncratic reactions. You may be interested to know that approximately 10% of the population are allergic to fragrances, 5% to preservatives and 2-3% to general ingredients such as lanolin and detergents.

If you believe the product to be faulty, please return it to us with details of your concern.

 

Are credit card transactions on your website safe and secure?

All transactions on our website are very secure. To ensure the security of your card details, payments are processed securely through Sage Pay. Sage Pay is a level 1 PCI DSS compliant payment system which employs 256 bit SSL encryption.

In the highly unlikely event that unauthorised charges are made on a credit card due to www.sleekmakeup.com transaction, the cardholder will not be held liable.

As an online retailer we adhere to the terms of the Sale of Goods Act, the EU Distance Selling Regulations and the EU Directive on Privacy and Electronic Communications; - Conform to the Data Protection Act 1998; - Provide security for the processing of credit card transactions; - Include physical location and contact details for themselves on their website; - Display the total price consumers must pay for goods including delivery costs and provide a clear explanation of the delivery procedures; - Advise the consumer if 'cookies' are required for the processing of data; - Not use 'spam' for marketing purposes.

 

I have forgotten my password - how can I log in to my account?

To retrieve your password, first click the 'Login' link in the top right hand side of the site. You will be brought through to the login page and asked to input your e-mail address and password. Click the 'Forgot your password?' link to the right of password input field.

You will be brought through to the Forgot Password page. Simply enter your email address and click the 'Email Me' button to have your password emailed to you.

Where do you sell in-store?

We sell in selected Superdrug, Boots and Tesco stores. As well as other independent shops and online retailers. We cannot guarantee the full range will be available via these outlets.
