Blush by 3 is designed to suit all skin tones, and available in a small compact with a mirror, perfect for on-the-go application.
Step One: Ensure your foundation or base of choice has been applied and set with a finishing powder before applying Blush by 3.
Step Two: Using a blusher brush, or contour brush to create a subtle hint of colour, dusting off any excess powder, gently sweep the blush across the apples of your cheeks, building up the colour as desired, contouring as you blend, ensuring no hard lines are visible.
