Step One: Select a shade that is either nearest to your natural lip colour, and/or apply with the shade of lipstick you want to complement your Locked Up Liner Liner with.
Step Two: Start from your cupid's bow, carefully lining the natural form of your lip to the outer corner, and then starting again from the other side, completing by lining your lower lip which connects to the inner corners of your mouth.
