Meet Parris – a 26-year-old, fast-rising, music-lover determined to raise the stakes in the music industry. Ever since she was younger, she’s had a crazy love for music and a real passion for grass-roots talent.
Working up through the ranks of internships and assistant roles, she is now killing it as Senior Urban Artist Manager at RCA Records – a role that was not only offered to her after such a short amount of time, but one that was created just for her!
Building others up, rallying for representation and supporting those around her are the things she lives for because – in her own words – “you’re part of something that’s bigger than you. That’s the main thing for me – creating something that will outlast me”
